Membership Renewal with Multiple Positions

Individual adult members can renew ALL registered positions at the same time, following these steps:

Members should FIRST log in directly to My.Scouting.org. They will see a notification bell on the top right:

This will show their registration is due to renew (just like mine!). Once they clicked on it, they'll get another message. They should click on it as instructed:

The process will start at the next screen. As you can see on the message, this page will not show any multiple registrations. They should click on Start Renewal to see them:

The next page will show all the units the member is registered in. The screenshot below shows a member with 4 registrations. The first one is the primary (where they're paid for), and the other 3 are multiples. As you can see, adults have the option to remove any positions and to change where their primary registration should be. If there are no changes, they should proceed by clicking the "Go to Payment" button.

The next page will ask them to accept Terms and Conditions, and the following page will have them review the cost. It's important to note that the checkbox to receive Scout Life Magazine will be checked by default. They can uncheck it if they don't wish to subscribe.

The next page will allow them to select their payment method, and complete the renewal.
