Cub Scouts advancement is heavily guided by adults, whether that means through the Den or Pack leadership, or in the home with a parent or guardian.  Cub Scouts, starting with Lions in Kindergarten, follow their trail of advancement through a series of ADVENTURES outlined in the age-specific program handbook designed for their age/grade level.
